So true. For all of my criticisms, I've been very impressed with the Administration's embrace of multiculturalism. From using traditional techniques like tortura del'agua (from the Spanish for "water torture"), to the outsourcing of torture to places like Jordan, Syria, and Pakistan. We're one big, happy, global village. The Coalition has even provided the means for regional variants to develop, like the new Iraqi govt's use of electric drills -- so resourceful! Who knows what clever methods are being used in the secret prisons in Eastern Europe. Pity we'll never find out.
